Hi, I’m Andreea – a former endurance athlete turned weightlifter and soon-to-be Strength Coach. A very warm welcome to The Bright Stride website 🙂 I created this blog because I believe exercise has the power to truly elevate our lives and I want to help and empower as many people as possible to give it a go.
